Alexandra is a registered psychologist with an endorsement to practice educational and developmental psychology. Alexandra has worked as a Psychologist for over 28 years with many families in publicly funded settings including Early Childhood Intervention and Community Health.
Alexandra specializes in providing assistance to children and adolescents with a range of developmental and emotional concerns.
She uses creative interventions incorporating counselling, therapeutic games, craft, and fun science experiments to assist her clients learn new ways manage their challenges.
Her theoretical approach includes Behavioural Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Theory, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology.
